09/18/2025 Maintenance on cluster 3100 and 1105 servers#

Today, 09/18/2025 on cluster servers 3100 and 1105 from 07:30 to 07:50 GMT+03 (duration 20 minutes) maintenance will be carried out to increase the stability of the service.

If your instance starts with:
- 3100ХХХХХХ
- 1105ХХХХХХ

During maintenance, clients may receive the status - 500 (Internal Server Error) when calling methods for sending messages and receiving webhooks (for up to 5 minutes).

After the maintenance is complete, all queued webhooks and unprocessed incoming and outgoing messages will be lost.

All other instances will continue working as expected and won't be affected by the technical maintenance.
