08/05/2025 Issue is fixed on cluster 5503 servers#

Today, 08/05/2025, from 14:00 to 17:10 GMT+03 (total duration 3 hours 10 minutes), the DBMS MongoDB 5503 failed.

The technical Issue affected some instances of the type:
- 5503XХХХХХ

Analysis of the issues and restoration of the DBMS from a backup copy took time from 14:00 to 17:10 GMT+03 (total duration 3 hours 10 minutes).

We have concluded and are implementing measures to stabilize the operation of all DBMS services and prevent similar situations in the future.

At the moment, the service has been fully restored. All messages and notifications were successfully sent and received.

The GREEN-API is currently running stably.
