Yesterday, 01/14/2025, from 17.00 to 18.30 (GMT+3) (duration 1 hour 30 minutes), sending and receiving media files in WhatsApp was performed with significant delays.

The failure affected instances of the types:
1ХХХХХХХХХ,
3ХХХХХХХХХ,
5ХХХХХХХХХ.

During this period, sending and receiving files was performed with significant delays. There were no issues with text messaging.
