12/20/2024 Technical issues resolved#

Yesterday 12/19/2024 from 20:10 to 21:00 GMT+03 (duration 50 minutes) there were network issues on the side of hosting provider Yandex.Cloud.

During the failure, some requests were terminated with error 500 (Internal Server Error). Sending and receiving messages was performed with significant delays. During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
1XXXXXXXXX
3XXXXXXXXX
5XXXXXXXXX
instance could showed the status the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

The service has been fully restored. All messages added to the queue have been sent, and all incoming messages have also been delivered.

This is already Yandex.Cloud's third global failure in recent times. We are looking for another hosting provider, more stable and more accurate.

GREEN-API is stable for now.
