12/11/2024 from 20:40 to 22:50 GMT+03 (duration 2 hour 10 minutes) there was a global downtime in the WhatsApp messenger around the world.

The WhatsApp failure is not related to the GREEN-API service.

Sending and receiving messages was performed with significant delays.
During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.
During the outage, instance could showed the status "Starting".

Technical issues affected only instances of type 1ХХХХХХХХХ, 3XXXХХХХХХ, 5XХХХХХХХХ, 7XХХХХХХХХ.

Currently WhatsApp is available again.
All sent text messages were sent successfully.
All incoming messages were also received successfully.

At the moment the GREEN-API service is operating normally.
